So Far...

Matt and I met in August of 2011. Our first night together we went bowling with Andy and Lauren. We had a great time and continued to see each other.
Our friends sure knew what they were doing playing match maker because we had so much fun together right off the bat...

Matt and I went to my friend Megan's wedding in September where we both found an interest in Peach Vodka.

We went to a Costume wedding in October; it was Super Hero themed. We were Rogue and Gambit from X-Men.
For Halloween, all of our friends dressed up as the Super Mario Brother's Friends. Matt was Luigi, Andy was Mario, Lauren was Princess Peach, I was Toadstool, Ryan was Bowser, and Shaun was Bob-omb.

In November, we went to visit Matt's friend Sean in San Diego where he lived with his girlfriend Stephanie. That was by far the greatest trip to San Diego!

For Thanksgiving, Matt and I went to Utah to spend time with my family. We went four wheeling, played games, made a Candy wreath and ate plenty of good food!

For Christmas, we had dinner at my parent's house and opened presents. His mom sent him a Christmas tree with all of his ornaments. I loved that. New Year's was great. We spent it on the Strip with our friends and Matt helped me try to get to work by midnight that night by racing through 2 miles of tourists. I never made it to work, but it was quite the adventure!!

For Valentine's Day, we took another trip to California. We went to Santa Monica and ate dinner at Bubba Gump's Shrimp Restaurant on the pier. We were supposed to go to Six Flags but they were closed so we will have to use the tickets another time. Instead, the next day we went to Knott's Berry Farm where Matt explained it was a "BERRY" farm!!

A few weeks after that, we went with my family back to California and went to Disneyland for Leap Day! We didn't get to ride many rides and we look forward to going back!

Matt got a new job in February at PBR Rock Bar in Planet Hollywood as a server. He loves it there! March Madness wasn't too crazy. We spent St. Patty's Day at Miller's Ale House with friends. Matt finally got a kitchen table for his apartment! It looks great! He also bought a Wii which has already made for some good times!

His family is coming to town on April 30th. I am anxious and excited to meet them! :) I start working at the pool this Friday dealing Blackjack and Matt and I finally have the same days off! It should be a great rest of Spring!
